Terrance Gaiter is a highly successful nonprofit leader who is passionate about empowering underserved communities. Terrance has worked tirelessly to develop and implement strategies that support Greater Buffalo United CBO’s mission of improving marginalized populations’ lives through healthcare, education, and community development programs as the Executive Director of the Greater Buffalo United CBO (GBUCBO).

As Executive Director, Terrance brings over 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership.

The GBUCBO has experienced significant growth and success under Terrance’s leadership. Terrance has worked closely with the Board of Directors in developing and implementing GBUCBO’s strategic plan. Furthermore, he has been instrumental in securing new partnerships and funding sources, which have contributed to the growth and sustainability of the organization.
Terrance is a skilled fundraiser and has successfully secured major gifts and grants from foundations, corporations, and individuals. GBUCBO is also committed to donor stewardship and recognition, and he strives to ensure that every supporter feels valued and appreciated.

In addition to his commitment to program development and evaluation, Terrance works closely with staff and community members to develop programs that meet the needs of the communities served by GBUCBO. Additionally, he works closely with staff and stakeholders to measure the impact and effectiveness of programs.

Terrance is a natural leader, and he is highly respected by the staff, volunteers, donors, and partners of the organization. He is a skilled communicator and collaborator, and he strives to build strong relationships with all stakeholders. Also committed to equity and social justice, he strives to ensure that GBUCBO’s programs and services are accessible to all.
